Privacy Policy
Effective Date • September 21, 2026 • Application: com.artgrid.draw
1. Core Privacy Commitment
The ArtGrid development team ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. ArtGrid: Drawing Grid Maker is built on the fundamental principle that your photos, artwork, and reference projects belong to you.
All photo importing, grid rendering, filter adjustments (Black & White, Contrast), and image exports are processed entirely locally on your device. We never upload, transmit, scan, or store your private images on external servers.
2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
When you create projects in ArtGrid, all project data is kept within your device’s isolated application sandbox:
- Imported Reference Images: Saved locally to internal app storage.
- Grid Settings: Columns, rows, line thickness, colors, and diagonal toggles saved locally via AsyncStorage.
- Project Thumbnails: Stored locally for fast library loading without full-resolution decoding.
3. Third-Party Services & Data Processors
To support ongoing development and deliver crash-free stability, ArtGrid integrates established third-party SDKs:
| Service | Purpose | Data Collected | Privacy Link |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob | Ad serving (Free tier) | Advertising ID, device metrics, coarse IP location, ad interaction events | Google Privacy |
| Google Analytics for Firebase | App health & analytics | App launches, feature usage statistics, device model, OS version | Firebase Privacy |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Crash diagnostics | Crash stack traces, device state, out-of-memory logs | Crashlytics Terms |
Google AdMob uses device advertising identifiers to serve ads. Google’s partner disclosure policy outlines how Google processes information when you use partner applications. Please review: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services
4. Your Consent Choices & Data Rights (EEA/GDPR & Global)
We provide European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and global users full control over advertising personalization:
You can change or revoke your advertising preferences anytime in ArtGrid: Tap Settings (gear icon) → View Tab → Ad Privacy Preferences. This opens the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent dialogue.
On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising identifier anytime: Go to Settings → Google → All services → Ads (or Privacy → Ads) and select Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
Because ArtGrid maintains no user accounts or cloud storage, uninstalling the app permanently erases all locally stored projects and settings from your device. For questions regarding diagnostic logs, email manavkdm1@gmail.com.
5. In-App Purchases & Billing
ArtGrid offers an optional Lifetime Pro purchase processed through Google Play In-App Billing. We never receive or store your credit card or payment credentials. Purchases are governed by Google Play Terms of Service.
6. Children's Privacy
ArtGrid is a drawing tool intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at manavkdm1@gmail.com.
