Welcome to ArtGrid: Drawing Grid Maker (the "Application" or "App"), operated and provided by the ArtGrid development team ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or download the Application.
1. License & Permitted Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and use the Application on compatible mobile devices that you own or control.
The Application is designed to assist artists, draughtspeople, illustrators, students, and educators in applying proportional reference grids to images for manual artistic drawing, sketching, painting, and study.
You May:
- Use the Application for personal, academic, or commercial artwork production.
- Export reference-gridded images for printing, displaying, tracing, or direct drawing.
- Sell or monetize physical artworks created using the grid method facilitated by the App.
2. User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership
We do not claim any ownership, copyright, or licensing rights over the images, photos, sketches, or artwork you import into or export from ArtGrid. Your reference photos and creative works remain entirely your property.
You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to import, process, and use any reference images within the Application. We are not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from images you choose to import.
The software, user interface design, logos, vector icons, graphics, algorithms, and code comprising the Application are the exclusive intellectual property of the ArtGrid development team and are protected by applicable international intellectual property and copyright laws.
3. In-App Purchases, Pro Features & Advertisements
ArtGrid offers core drawing grid tools free of charge, supported by standard advertisements served via Google AdMob. Optional premium features ("Pro" or "In-App Purchases") may be offered to remove advertisements or unlock advanced drawing aids.
- Billing: All financial transactions, recurring billing (if applicable), and one-time purchases are processed strictly through the Google Play Store billing system. We never collect or store credit card or billing details.
- Refunds: Refund requests are governed directly by Google Play Store policies. You may request a refund via the Google Play order history or by contacting our support team.
- Restoring Purchases: You may restore previously purchased features on compatible devices registered under the same Google Play account using the in-app "Restore Purchases" button.
- Rewarded Ads: Certain optional features may be temporarily unlocked by viewing opt-in rewarded video advertisements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue rewarded ad rewards at any time.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the Application.
- Modifying, circumventing, tampering with, or spoofing the Application's license verification, ad mediation, or billing systems.
- Distributing modified APKs, unauthorized forks, or cracked versions of the Application.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or exploit the Application or its underlying networks.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation.
While ArtGrid utilizes rigorous precision algorithms for mathematical grid layouts, you are solely responsible for verifying physical paper measurements and maintaining independent backups of important reference photographs on your primary storage devices.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Application developers, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Application.
7. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Application, legal obligations, or service offerings. Any revisions will be published here with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Continued use of the Application following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
